RULES & STRUCTURE
- The tournament will operate on a single-elimination bracket.
- All games will take place in standard 5v5 custom lobbies.
- Default Valorant competitive settings will be used unless specified otherwise.
- Teams must be present at their assigned station 10 minutes before their match. Late arrival may result in disqualification.
- Cheating, exploiting, or any form of unsportsmanlike conduct will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Map and side selection will be determined by tournament officials.
- Administrative decisions made by tournament officials will be final.
- Prize pool distribution will be completed within 60–90 days after the event concludes.
- Only registered players may compete; substitutions are allowed only between maps.
- Limited technical pauses may be granted for verified issues.
- Restarts will occur only under admin-approved conditions.
- Professional conduct is mandatory; equipment misuse may lead to penalties.
- Tournament devices must not be altered or used with unauthorized software.
- Event organizers may record, stream, and use match footage for publicity.
- Participants must meet eligibility criteria and present ID if required.

EVENT OVERVIEW

- Eligibility: Registered school students only; valid school ID required
MATCH FORMAT & SETTINGS
- All matches will be hosted in official BGMI custom rooms.
- A fixed set of maps will be used (Erangel, Miramar, rondo or as declared before the event).
- Each round will consist of multiple matches; overall ranking will be determined by cumulative points.
- The standard scoring system for school tournaments will be followed.
- No rematches will be granted for individual device issues or player-side interruptions.
PLAYER DEVICES & FAIR PLAY RULES
- Participants must bring their own smartphones; tablets, emulators, laptops, controllers, triggers, or external peripherals are strictly prohibited.
- Devices must only run the official, unmodified version of BGMI.
- Players may not use GFX tools, sensitivity codes, performance-enhancing third-party apps, or overlays.
- In-game voice chat and team communication must remain within fair-use boundaries.
- Teaming, intentional feeding, exploiting map bugs, or coordinating with outside players will result in disqualification.
CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE
- Participants must maintain discipline and follow all instructions from teachers, marshals, and event officials.
- Misbehavior, abusive language, or causing disruption in the tournament area will lead to penalties or removal.
- Devices must remain with the player at all times; the school and organizers are not responsible for loss or damage.
TECHNICAL POLICIES
- Limited technical pauses may be granted for verified issues at the discretion of officials.
- Match restarts will only occur in case of mass disconnection, lobby failure, or major technical malfunction confirmed by admins.
- Hotspot usage is permitted only if allowed by the school; players must arrange their own stable connectivity.
ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS
- All decisions made by tournament officials, referees, and school authorities will be final and binding.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify format, rules, or schedules if required for smooth event operation.
- Prize pool and certificates will be distributed within 60–90 days after event conclusion.
MEDIA & BROADCAST POLICY
- The event may be recorded, photographed, or streamed.
- Participants grant the organizers permission to use gameplay footage, team photos, and player images for promotional or educational purposes.
SOLO REGISTRATION RULES
- Students may register individually and will be placed into teams by tournament officials.
- Team assignments will be shared through the contact details provided at registration.
- Solo players must join the official WhatsApp/Discord group for coordination.
- Reassignments or team changes are not allowed unless approved by officials.
- Unresponsive solo registrants may be replaced to maintain team balance.
- All assigned players must cooperate with teammates and follow tournament rules and conduct guidelines.
GENERAL PARTICIPANT RULES
- Participants must stay at the venue for the duration of their matches and assigned timings.
- Players must report to their play area when called or risk disqualification.
- All personal devices and belongings are the player’s responsibility.
- Stay within permitted tournament zones; restricted areas are off-limits.
- Leaving the play area during matches is not allowed unless approved.
- Follow venue rules regarding food, drinks, and movement.
- Parents/guardians must stay in designated viewing areas.
- Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the event.
- Follow all instructions and schedule updates from officials and school staff.
- Trophies and awards will be given at the end of the event; presence is required.
- Players consent to photography and videography for event use.
- Emergency or evacuation instructions must be followed immediately.
